I just witnessed an engagement.  Dream come true.  My friend Eli was playing at a coffeehouse at the seminary school down the road, and so Kesh, Sarah, and i decided to go and check it out.  This one guy goes onstage and reads this blog post/article thing on soulmates and then he asks his girlfriend to come onstage.  At this point all three of us are sitting on the couch in front of the stage with our hands over our mouths and looking at each other like no...really...is this happening?  And then he got on one knee and proposed.  And literally all three of us girls were practically rolling in the couch clapping and dying of cuteness.  We most definitely have the GC syndrome, due to the fact that everyone around us is getting engaged/married/pregnant (in that order of course, I mean, it's Gordon).  But shoot, what a lovely end to a terrible week, although slightly embarrassing, because Sarah, Kesh, and I were quite possibly more excited about the engagement than the couple were.
